The photographer
« Wildlife photography is not a hunt. It is a silent conversation with the living world. »— elmoundo_wild
For over a decade, elmoundo_wild has roamed the planet’s most remote corners — from Arctic tundra to African savanna — with a single obsession: capturing the truth of the animal moment.
A practice rooted equally in natural history and fine art photography. Every image is the result of days of stillness, deep field knowledge, and an unwavering respect for the wild.

Camargue — Flamingos & Raptors
Five days in the Camargue wetlands at peak season. We photograph greater flamingos in mass flight at dawn, marsh harriers hunting over the reedbeds, and the iconic white horses at golden hour.
22–29
Serengeti — Great Migration
Eight days at the heart of the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth. We position at key crossing points of the Grumeti and Mara rivers, photograph lions hunting at dusk, and rare sightings of leopard and cheetah.
03–07
Red Deer Rut — Vosges Forest
Five autumn days in the ancient Vosges forests at peak rut. We photograph stags roaring at dawn in forest clearings, confrontations between rivals, and the magical misty light of September mornings.
2025
Svalbard — Polar Bears & Auroras
Ten days in the high Arctic at the edge of the polar pack ice. We track polar bears by snowmobile, photograph Arctic foxes, walruses and reindeer, and wait for the northern lights above the fjords.
2026
Grey Wolf — Mercantour Mountains
Seven winter days in the Mercantour tracking resident wolf packs on snow. We use remote camera traps, predawn snowshoe approaches, and long lenses from elevated positions.
